Steven E. Jahnke, 67, was charged February 11 in Outagamie County Circuit Court.

All of the stolen items were recovered.

A staff member was quickly identified and suspended, the institution said.

Police have asked anyone with any information relating to the incident or the whereabouts of the stolen property to contact them.

William R. Haney was ordered to return to Bridgewater State Hospital, where he remains held without bail.
