This page hosts court records from two New York Civil Court rent cases involving entities tied to The Hole Gallery, including a discontinued case over the gallery’s longtime Bowery space and a separate case tied to its Tribeca location.

The Bowery records include a September 2025 nonpayment petition filed by Bremen House Inc., which alleged The Hole Gallery Inc. owed $60,168.64 for its ground-floor storefront at 312 Bowery. The case was later discontinued without prejudice in a notice dated April 30 and filed May 4.

The records also include a separate petition filed by Walker Broadway LLC against The Hole NYC LLC over the gallery’s ground-floor store and basement at 86 Walker St. That petition alleged $124,110.17 in unpaid rent and real estate tax charges from 2023, 2024 and 2025.
