The deferral letter, dated August 10, 2026, was issued by the Board's Region 10 in Atlanta and signed by Regional Director Matthew J. Turner. It defers to grievance-arbitration a charge alleging the museum "unlawfully suspended and discharged" a worker in retaliation for union activity.
