The 12-page complaint was filed June 22 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. The complaint’s two exhibits are Reemtsen’s registered paintings: Impact (Reg. No. VA 2-288-034) and It’s All Black and White (Reg. No. VA 2-168-511).
